    however, we are confident that you want the best for your loved one.

    Though we offer our deepest condolences to anyone who has lost a loved one,
    we would like for you to remember your loved ones exactly how they were in life.

    You may select from a variety of themes and backgrounds or you may supply
    us with a theme or background of your choice.  Through the use of "action"
    photographs, we can produce a program like no other! Programs may include
    poems, bible versus, other pictures of family and friends, etc...  You will find a
    variety of samples below, however please feel free to ask a CAC Representative
    about other options and services.

    Will my funeral program look exactly like the examples?
    Maybe! Backgrounds can be duplicated but some of the samples
    are actual personal photographs; therefore, it is only unique to that picture. All programs
    may be customized to meet your specification.

    How soon shall I place my order?
    As soon as possible! We would like the opportunity to provide the best quality product and
    customer service; therefore, we recommend at least a two or more days notice  as the programs
    must be designed, formatted, and proofed. There is a 3% discount on all program orders that
    are received with a five or more days notice.

    How do I place an order?
    You may email us your contact information to customercare@clemartcreations.com and a CAC
    Representative will follow-up with you or you may call us at 678-457-1614 to schedule a
    consultation. Consultations are free and we will even come to you.

    What are my options for submitting photographs?
    If you are working with a funeral home, photographs may be given to them for submission
    or you may submit them directly to CAC. Photographs may also be emailed to us at
    customercare@clemartcreations.com.

    Will my photographs be returned?
    Absolutely! We understand that all photographs are precious and irreplaceable, therefore
    we handle them with care. All photographs are returned when the order is delivered.

    Will I have the opportunity to review the proof before printing?
    Yes, a proof of program text may be reviewed via fax or email. We ask that you sign off on
    the proof indicating your approval and fax or email it back to CAC. If emailed, we ask that you
    affix an e-signature and date. The sooner the proof has been approved, the sooner production
    can begin.

    How soon will I receive my order?
    Turnaround time will depend on how soon our office receives the information and/or photographs,
    as well as how soon the proof is approved by the ordering party, and the shipping method, if
    applicable.  Most local orders are processed within two days and three to four days, if outside
    of the greater Atlanta area.

    How much will the programs cost?
    Please call the ClemArt Creations office for pricing information.

    What are my payment options?
    We accept checks, cash, and credit cards (credit cards through PayPal Only).

    When do I pay for my order?
    Payment is expected at the time the order is delivered.

    What are the shipping options?
    For your convenience, we offer free delivery within the greater Atlanta area. For shipping
    outside of the greater Atlanta area, we may ship UPS ground or Express mail via the USPS
    (shipping charges may apply).

    What will happen if I need to cancel my order?
    Our goal is to provide quality products and customer service. Our commitment is 100%
    satisfaction for all customers that we serve. Cancellations may only be made prior to approval
    of the proof, which only design fees will be assessed. However, once the proof has been
    approved, no refunds will be honored at that point.

    May I reorder more programs?
    Certainly! Programs may be reordered up to six months after the initial order.
